Not at all, if you have one, or access to equipment, great. If you don’t then we’ll make you a home based plan using what you have, or even just bodyweight.

The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.


Of course no, each food and item is selected by you from the survey; confirmed and listed in the plan by Me. You can also substitute any foods in your Get Alphaized account

That totally depends on you, the time you have available and your goals. We’d recommend you need at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week as a bare minimum to get results.
